We are building the world's first Creator Casino: a creator-powered gaming network—operated by and for creators—where creators launch their own experiences, run drops and missions, and monetize original games, powered by an AI layer and programmable incentives designed for high-frequency sessions and measurable creator performance.
We believe the next great casino game mechanic won't come from a studio—it will be invented by a creator on this platform. Building the tools that make that possible is the most exciting part of this role, and the single biggest reason it exists. We're not hiring a product manager in the traditional sense. We're looking for the CEO of a new product in our industry—someone who owns the vision, the roadmap, and the outcomes end-to-end, decides what gets built and what doesn't, and treats the experience itself as the company's moat. You'll be accountable to outcomes, not outputs.
Role Overview
We're hiring a StackStudio Product Manager to run our creator-facing creation platform like a founder runs a company—from the creation experience itself to creator monetization—and to make it the most loved way for creators to build and ship their own experiences in the category.
This role sits at the intersection of user psychology, business model, and technical feasibility. You'll bridge Product, Data & AI, and Frontend, partner closely with our engineering and certification teams, and turn hard technical problems into experiences creators can't put down. You'll build for the full creator spectrum—from established influencers bringing their own audience, to the zero-audience inventor who has no following yet but wants to build something great and find their audience through the platform. That second persona is a deliberate strategic bet: the tools have to be so good that a talented unknown can go from idea to a published game that earns them their first fans.
We need a rare combination: someone who deeply understands games—how they're designed, what makes mechanics fun, how to ship multiple mechanics that hold attention—and someone who has built SaaS products and knows how a creation tool has to feel to be adopted and loved. You should live and breathe design thinking, rigorous discovery, rapid iteration, and exploration: you run structured customer discovery before writing a single spec, frame the right problem before the solution, prototype fast, put work in front of real creators, read the signal, and iterate without ego. You don't need to come from iGaming—you need to be obsessed with the craft of building something people love, and comfortable being the person who fights for the experience at every decision point.
Core Tools & Systems
Creation tooling and in-product AI assistant (creation experience, asset approval, version management)
Certification and compliance pipeline (provably fair outcomes, certified RTP)
Internal BI / cohort dashboards (revenue attribution, creator retention, engagement)
AI asset generation and content moderation pipeline
Creator economy infrastructure (incentives, revenue share configuration, onboarding, payouts)
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product roadmap—from the creation experience to creator monetization—and the longer-term engine roadmap.
Define and enforce the boundary between the AI experience layer and the certified math layer—ensure every game ships provably fair with certified RTP, without exception.
Own the creator journey: from application to first published live game, including the AI assistant UX, the editor, asset approval workflow, and version management.
Own the delivery quality of the AI creation pipeline—asset categories, generation latency, asset consistency, and moderation pass rate.
Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Data & AI, and Frontend on architecture, AI development cadence, and certification/integration milestones.
Own the content moderation strategy for AI-generated assets—automated pre-screening (NSFW, IP, brand compliance) and a manual review queue SLA.
Drive creator economy mechanics: incentive model, revenue share configuration, creator onboarding eligibility, and payout infrastructure.
Track and move platform KPIs: revenue attribution per original game, creator retention, time-to-first-published-game, AI generation success rate, and engagement with originals vs. third-party catalog.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years in product management, owning a product end-to-end and being accountable to outcomes (retention, engagement, monetization)—not just shipping features. You operate like a founder, not a feature owner.
Real game design experience: you understand how games are built, what makes a mechanic fun, and how to ship multiple mechanics that hold attention over high-frequency sessions.
Proven experience building SaaS or creation-tool products: you know how a tool has to feel for people to adopt it, return to it, and love it.
AI is the heart of this product, not a bonus. You must deeply understand how LLMs and generative models work—their capabilities, limits, failure modes, and economics—and have shipped real products built on top of them. If you haven't built with AI, this role isn't for you.
Fluency in design thinking and a true iteration mindset: you run rigorous customer discovery before writing a single spec—framing the right problem before jumping to a solution, prototyping fast, putting work in front of real users, reading the signal, and exploring options without getting attached to the first idea.
Strong technical fluency: comfortable working with engineering and ML teams on architecture, AI pipelines, and feasibility trade-offs without needing everything translated.
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with cohort-level data to prioritize and validate decisions.
Sharp product judgment and obsession with craft—you can articulate why an experience is good or bad and fight for the right call.
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, evals, fine-tuning, RAG, or agentic workflows in production.
Experience with creator-driven, community-led, or two-sided marketplace products and creator economy mechanics (revenue share, payouts, onboarding).
Experience navigating regulated or compliance-constrained product environments (iGaming, fintech, healthtech, or similar)—you know how to ship great experiences within hard guardrails.
Understanding of crypto rails and on-chain payout infrastructure.
