This role is instrumental in shaping the user experience across our gaming ecosystem, from the casino and creator tools to marketing experiences and AI-powered design workflows.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who thrives in fast-moving startup environments and wants to help define the future of gaming experiences.
This is not a role for someone who simply executes tickets. We're looking for a proactive product thinker who constantly questions assumptions, identifies opportunities, and takes ownership from discovery through to delivery.
You will work across product design, UX research, design systems, landing pages, marketing campaigns, and AI-powered design workflows, collaborating closely with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership to create world-class user experiences.
Responsibilities
Design intuitive user experiences across our web and mobile gaming products.
Create new features, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces from concept to launch.
Build, maintain, and continuously evolve our Figma Design System.
Identify UX friction points and proactively propose improvements.
Conduct UX research, usability reviews, competitor analysis, and product discovery.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
Review implemented designs and iterate based on real-world feedback.
Design landing pages, promotional experiences, marketing assets, banners, and campaign creatives.
Produce high-quality visual assets, including photo manipulation and image editing where required.
Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate workflows and improve creative output.
Contribute ideas that influence product strategy, user experience, and overall design direction.
Help establish and maintain a consistent visual language across the HighStack ecosystem.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of professional UX/UI Design experience.
Mandatory experience within the Gaming, iGaming, Casino, Sportsbook, or related entertainment industries.
Advanced proficiency in Figma.
Strong experience creating and maintaining scalable Design Systems.
Excellent understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
Experience designing responsive web applications and mobile-first experiences.
Strong visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience designing landing pages, marketing campaigns, banners, and promotional assets.
Solid photo manipulation and image editing skills.
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and modern creative workflows.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with fluent English.
Nice to Have
Experience designing products for crypto, Web3, fintech, or digital entertainment platforms.
Motion design or animation experience.
Experience collaborating closely with front-end engineers and design handoff processes.
Familiarity with usability testing and analytics tools.
Understanding of accessibility best practices.
Experience working with AI image generation and AI-assisted design workflows.
